Technology to facilitate the speed and depth of access to our database – allowing our Talent partners to focus on the bookends of their role; Great customer service and identifying the best talent in the market for us to represent. Enabling us to diversify the shortlists that we’re supplying.
Community focused – building value out of our database for our clients, our talent partners and most importantly the community itself. Data driven insights that allow us to do three things:
Support the community in finding secure freelance work and having options
Providing live data on the creative industries for our client base in order to inform their talent strategy
Becoming the go to to support community for the creative industries community
Client centric strategy with variety of recruitment solutions
We’re going to ask our UK Talent Partners to hone in on forming and developing relationships with our client base. We will be doing this in three ways:
20 strategic accounts identified to develop in 2025 with a view of generating £2.5million of revenue
Assigning responsibility to one talent partner per client (approx. 250 clients) to maximise the opportunities within that client
Strategic new business drive with a mixed approach of people and marketing solutions
High Performance
This is based on providing an excellent service to both candidates and clients and having an engaged workforce which means actively contributing to the evolution of the business.
How does this role fit in the vision?
We are creating dedicated 120 Talent Acquisitions specialists whose initial focus will be to drive the best level of service to all candidates who engage with Major Players.
Each Talent Partner will be attached to a skillset specialist team and will work with them to develop best practice processes around candidates to ensure we’re identifying the best talent in the market to engage onto our CRM.
Objective: Identifying & engaging top talent for relevant skillset
· Inbox management:
o Talk inbox – 48hour response
o Team inbox’s – 24hour response
· Registrations & TLC’s
o Phone check ins – regular calls with our top freelance/ perm candidates
o SOURCING- relevant talent including post job ads, managing socials and headhunting
o Brand representation - Social posts, engaging with our candidate base online
o Candidate registrations including write ups/ ensuring they’re on the CRM correctly and presenting to sales teams for placements
o Lead gathering / who are the competitors – where to track & present to team?
o CRM updates – skill sets, day rates
· Market info:
o Sharing Industry trends
· TIMESHEETS / REBOOKS:
o Managing all admin for all rebooks for all desks
o Chasing not submitted timesheets for the team via missing T/S master report
Possibility of developing into an account manager or 240 role in the future.
